Really cool app! Love it!

Amazing app!

Why am I recommending this app?

freshmark on

South Africa

I’ve been using it on and off for a good couple of years now. It hasn’t reinvented me or taken away my cluttered schedule or anything. But what it has done, and continues to do, as I input more into it is; it has given me more of an insight into my life; where I’m at for example. What areas of my life really need attention etc. You’ll have to explore it, if you can, if you want to know how all that is possible. (It really isn’t a complicated app)! I love to look at the past 30 days, from within the app and see what my prevailing mood has been. Invariably, I’m surprised. So anyway, if, like me, you’re on a journey of discovery, self care, self improvement - you might find this app really helpful.

WHY?

Please just make it free Or just make some features free 🤦🏼‍♂️

Standard version is not worth it

There is no use downloading the app if you aren’t going to use the Premium version. If you use the standard version you’ll only be able to log your moods & journal, all other articles & analyses are locked. If you download the Premium version it’s worth it, if not then rather buy a book and journal.

Helped me a lot

I really recommend this app to someone who is struggling with processing feelings. The app helps you assess your feelings and then re-assess them after you have realize that you have been in the “trap” and then you can write additional notes. This allows you to track your feelings and see which kind of thought promotes different emotions and gives you an opportunity to re-evaluate your thinking which improves your mood. The only downside I would like to mention is that their avatar has minimal customization choices. It would be nice to have an your avatar actually look like you.

This app seems very helpful for those that are struggling. However I don’t appreciate that in order to use the helpful parts of the app, you have to pay for it.

It's not that good

I really love this app.. It helps stress relief and all pain because its like you share it with someone just stored on a device...

Amazing app

I really enjoy this, but it needs to give you least a bit of information about how you think and how to be better, without the premium version. Other than that, it helps me to be calmer and to tell someone about my feelings.

Transferring Data

FluffySafee on

South Africa

While the app is really cool, I can’t find a function that allows me to log in. It means that when I get a new phone, I will lose all my entries and data, which is demotivating. It makes regret investing time in the app - better of journaling.
