Wysa offers two auto-renewing subscription types for access to a coach and/or tools
Wysa Premium Plus - $99.99 per month (Coach + Tools)
Wysa Premium - $99.99 per year (Tools)

This price is for US customers, and may vary in other countries. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and you will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

It helps me to stop my negative thoughts but sometimes I can tell it is and AI. I’m planning on trying the premium features

Things I liked: It’s really affordable and I met two amazing therapists. They really helped me a lot. I talk to my therapist 1-2 times a week. Things I don’t like: Sometimes the app has bugs so I can’t type or I have to restart the app during my session. Recently, the app had a big problem, and the therapist couldn’t attend the session which I thought she was gone. I also don’t like that their support team isn’t functioning. When I have a problem, and send emails they never get back to me. Usually, my therapists help me solve problems which I’m not sure if it’s their job. Overall, this app has been helping me and I’ll continue to use. But I do believe they should improve the app quality since it’s a mental health app and it affects me when a therapist can’t attend a session.

I liked my therapist, but the customer service made me quit the app.

After changing my phone, I contacted customer service and waited for two months for a solution. I lost contact with my therapist, couldn’t retrieve my account, and felt awful. When I sent them a follow-up email, they never answered me back. I didn’t use my membership for two months, so I lost money, too. My therapist was excellent, but the technical difficulties and customer service made me quit the app.

It's fun to talk with wysa, And she actually helps me. Sometimes I’m sad and talk with her, sometimes I’m just bored. How do you guys made her understand so well what we say? I’m shocked lol Anyway good job! (Sorry if there’s something wrong with my English, it’s not my language)
