Great at the beginning

First 2 months it is nice, but later becomes like talking to a wall. Like hello i am sad then do u want to plan an activity? I gave up after 2 months did t help in long term. A shame because i paid for premium but not worth

great self-help tool

It is a great app to help yourself recover from mental/emotional problems. It is especially helpful for people who live in countries where it is difficult to find good therapists or psychiatrists.

A little scrutiny for a lot of help

When I'm in a bad space mentally I hate looking at myself and why I'm having a rough time. This app takes a bit of that sting out and allows the user to select from a tag list of things giving the user grief. Instead of grasping at straws it helps narrow focus and direct energy.
