No way to test alarms from App and how do I get alarm notifications sent to all my iPhones and iPads?

Once installed all smoke detectors eventually go offline. Reset them multiple times and they all eventually drop offline again.. useless

After I configured all three smoke detectors, I disconnected the batteries of all of them until the moment when I will install them in the rooms, although all 3 are turned off, in the app it shows me that all 3 are online and with a full battery, how is this possible ?

Initial setup of system is very slick and painless, giving an excellent first impression. There is one issue, however: after installing the app on 3 devices, it seems logging in on one logs you out of the others. Please add support for multiple simultaneous logins.

After an initial problem getting the base station to link to my wi fi it has worked well. Adding additional devices goes smoothly.

App will display all alarms as having low battery and offline therefore rendering any of the app functions inoperable as Carnt communicate with device have tried 5 alarms and 3 CO detectors all the same

As there’s no option to have any sound on the notifications it’s hardly going to notify you in real time unless you’re sitting staring at your phone waiting for notifications to flash silently on your screen…

As of the date of writing there is no sound option for notifications. This seems to me to be essential.

I love the temperature sensors for I have them in my freezers and fridge I bought them for our deep freezers to make sure they never get left open. The developers are great and addressed an issue I brought to their attention within a few days. Only one person can log into the account at a time though that’s the only other problem I have with it would love for both of us to stay logged in so that when one isn’t home the other can tell what’s going on if the alarm sounds
