Very good app and well presented. Would be good to be able to move cameras around in the 4 cam screen like on the desktop. I needed to remove the coaxial wiring system and move to PoE and be future proof.

No notifications
Nothing when movement activated, worked fine before update, everything is switched on…..
Version 4.45.0 channel name issue
It’s a good app, but since the latest version, the channel names have reset themselves to channel 1, channel 2 etc. I’ve gone and renamed them to something more relevant and saved it, but they still reset back to their generic names. Please fix. Version 4.45.1 released and the channel names have now been fixed.
App keeps getting worse..!
If you buy the whole Reolink kit and hook everything up via their NVR then the ‘scenes/shortcuts’ don’t work at the individual camera level. They used to. For example, if your home and want to switch some cameras off but leave say an outside one on, you can’t using scenes. You can if you don’t use their NCR, but not if you do. Rubbish update.
Playback option disappeared.😠
Since the latest update 14th May the playback system has completely disappeared, I cannot chose a time and day anymore to view any play back files because annoyingly the option has completely been corrupted. Please restore ASAP or my cameras will be replaced with another brand..
Pleasantly surprised
I own 6 other brands of camera and this is the best app of the all. Cameras are decent price and AI detection works very well. Only down side is night vision is poor black and white quality. Spending more and get a starlight camera is better but I like the AI notifications on Reolink .
Playback is shockingly bad
AI motion detection playback doesn't tell you when exactly the event happened, just shows you a 5 minutes clip. The detection is somewhere in 5 minutes clip. You need to manually review the 5 mins to find the event. Not fit for purpose.
Amazing system
In 2020 I bought my very first Reolink camera RLC-410W. I bought two of them. After using them in my campervan I bought the E1 zoom. Then after this I bought the RLC-823, then The Trackmix WiFi. I also bought the doorbell. Now I have the duo 3, CX series camera and many more. Reolink has the best product out there and their price is very affordable which is why I am always going to be using them. They are always improving their products and bringing out new products from the feedbacks they receive from their customers and the turn around is very short. Keep up the good work Reolink 😊
