Enjoying App but….

At times the daily entries get mixed up. Not a data entry issue.

I use it all the time - it's great!

The projects app is perfect for the type of work I do (freelance copywriter). It’s super easy to open a new project on the fly, record your time, and save all your records for each client. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without this app – perfectly integrates with your Xero account online as well!

Very easy to use

Needs better timing options

Compared to other time trackers this is really tedious to use. Many improvements are needed but first up it should allow you to select a project when you start the timer. Having to retrospectively go back and assign is just plain clunky.

Uploading documents to Xero Projects

Can we see the functionality of adding documents to a Project? This app is missing this very important functionality.

It works but could be much easier to use

Happy that I can log time, see the projects etc However usability is very low. Having to select the same project and task over and over. No way to bulk edit/enter time for a project task across multiple days/weeks.

Great for basic project management and budgeting, lots of additions yet to be added and made to make userbility more efficient and smarter.

Take Tracking to the Next Level

My clients loved Tracking in Xero but couldn’t get meaningful costing by Project. Now their staff use the Projects app for their timesheets so they are allocated to project and loaded into a Payrun. All expenses and supplier invoices are assigned to a project and invoicing is easy.
