App is very basic doesn’t allow any changes and doesn’t help resolve any issues at all!

Worst customer service ever

I have the same issue that all other users are complaining about..the app doesn't allow me to enter the verification code, hence i cant sync it. I emailed the customer support more than 5 times with no reply. Highly unrecommended. Extremely disappointed

Problem

When I reach the last step at verification code there’s a message hinders me from writing the code, says’ check your input’ and I already entered the all data

Not working

Never got the verification code on my Egyptian mobile number .. thus unable to activate the watch!!
