Improvvisi problemi con l’app
L’app che non ha mai dato particolari problemi, da qualche giorno ha improvvisamente smesso di funzionare correttamente: non mostra più il contenuto al suo interno. 🤷♂️

Impossible to reset password
Cannot reset my pwd. Get “Invalid request” message always.
Voice messages do not work
Hi, after latest release of the app, I have noticed that voice messages from the app to the watch (X6 Play) are not working anymore! You can rec a message but when you try to send it, it does not work! I tried from iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone XR both updated to iOS 16.3. Thanks for checking and trying to solve!
Non funziona
Ho scaricato la vostra App da due mesi perché ho comprato un orologio a mio figlio e quindi l’app é necessaria per il suo funzionamento. Purtroppo Xplora non funziona e questo mi impedisce di utilizzare l’orologio. Vi ho contattato diverse volte ma senza risposta. Ho scarica l’app su altri dispositivi ma ho sempre lo stesso problema.
Solo problemi
Continui problemi col server, messaggi che spariscono, nessuna notifica all’arrivo dei messaggi. Con l’update ti butta fuori dall’applicazione. Non arrivano i codici per potersi ricollegarsi. Ho rinunciato.
Worse app
App is the worse of the worse , really, you can’t really add 2 parents to kid’s watch, you can only pick one, then at certain point app isn’t working correctly, now for example I can’t see contacts that my son has and I can’t change them, really, shame on you considering how popular is becoming the watch. Have a lot of work to do.
Video call missing
Not clear why the video call with parents is missing as functionality . Should be introduced considering that the smartwatch has the camera . Any news ?
