Absolutely painful product to set up and use

I have two authorised parents setup. Messages from the watch more often than not get sent to the first parent even if the child has selected the second parent. I’ve tested it myself. It’s definitely not user error. The last update broke the app and required a log out and log back in. Not ideal for a device used for child safety.

It made calling people easy

Location almost never worked, calls and messages worked about half the time at best. Now the device itself has stopped turning on entirely after about 3 months of using it. Very expensive and completely useless.

A key reason for buying this watch is to have reassurance on the location of your child. Unfortunately this feature appears to be very regularly inaccurate and not just by a couple of hundred yards. Repeatedly it can show them to be in a location miles from where they actually are and somewhere that they haven’t been to. Needs to be much improved.

Do not buy this it’s absolutely a waist of money the gps is telling me the watch is 18km from we’re it actually is. in Google maps it’s a 35 minute drive . And when the I try to refresh the location it just goes back to the same place as it was DO NOT BUY THIS WILL ONLY STRESS YOU OUT

I’ve just switched this on and 5 minutes afterwards it’s crashing.. not a good start

My child has had the watch for several months now. Last week the App suddenly asked me to login or create an account. I could not login and still cannot. I’ve emailed Tech support and gave the watch IMEI number but they have been so slow to provide a resolution to my problem. Please get in contact with me to resolve this problem.

Watch is paired with app but it keeps asking me to scan the QR code then tells me the watch is already paired.
