Need improvements

Small variety of fxs. Also the fxs I set keeps disappearing and setting them up all over and over again is just so annoying.

So far a nightmare

Not user friendly interface with a lot of missing basic features… Easy to fund the account… no bugs. As soon as you want to withdraw anything the process is far from being straight forward… they intentionally implemented bugs at each step of the process… sometimes without shame (as one of multiple examples, their website say clearly that you can upload bank statement in form of image, … as soon as you do it they tell you it should be pdf, once you upload the pdf the website doesn’t react… and you are stuck). I do not understand how this app go 4.7 stars? May be they paied million of 3rd country people some money to to write lies on app store!! Really a bad choice!! It’s been now 1 week that I am trying to withdraw money (i didn’t put much as I wanted to test withdrawal first… I think I did well, because I am far from being sure to get back that money ever!).

Can’t change language

I am a resident in thailand but I don’t know thai language. And apparently if I select my country as thailand everything appears in thai language. So I can’t even open an account.

Doesn’t work and they scammed me out of money

Put money in the account and went to trade… said this wasn’t available for me an so I took my money back out… when I withdrew my money they took more than half of what I deposited

Overall great

My overall experience is really positive, however when it comes to big event on the stock both app and Xstation5 can be very laggy which is super annoying when you need to “act fast”!

Unfair charges

I opened an account and added 50 euros. I then didn’t make any trades for a year. I opened the app to see that they had charged me inactivity fees of 50 euros. There was no notification and I don’t consider these charges justified.

Improvements

Overall the best broker I have ever used for forex and one of the main features I like is the built in trade history, something to improve it however would be a calendar showing the trades and P/L performed on a particular day.

Would give 5 stars.

It would be great if there was a chat for traders.
