Airmail has gone from a award winning app to something that crashes everytime it's opened. Then you have the pro advertising poping way to often. The user knows there's a pro version throwing it in their face constantly to remind them is annoying. If I could score the app zero stars I would. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 17.
Search is not functional, menu is confusing and annoying.
I bought this app about 2 years ago and it was great! Now they have switched to a subscription model and for us who previously bought the app are now getting bombarded with spam from Airmail trying to get us to sign up to there subscription. Well, I think it is time to look for a new mail app....was great while it lasted.
If you are not willing to pay do not waste your time with this bunch I have been using the app for a number of years. Originally purchased it after a trial period. Then they switched to a subcription model - so basically I must pay again. Their lates ploy is to bring up a banner prompting you to switch whenever you enter the app (and in between). This is more infuriating than any form of SPAM and that sums up the current status of this app. So ciao Airmail.
It crashes upon opening Does not do any notifications whatsoever Gets stuck upon opening the app; have to manually select email addresses to view emails For a paid version, on both ios and macos, you should be ashamed of yourself by submitting such a bug filled app to the app store...
I have been using Spark for 2 years and love it. I decided to check out Airmail and instantly liked the look and feel. It has a clean interface, is fast and easy to use. I use templates a lot and both Spark and Airmail have them. After setting these up, I found that when replaying to a client and selecting a template, the “reply to” email address gets removed. This is problematic and I can’t find a way to resolve this. Two emails to support and no reply after 6 days. I’ve removed the app, unhappy to have paid for a year up front. Hopefully they’ll get back to me and I may reconsider but for now I’ve gone back to Spark which is a brilliant app.
error flashes airmail not supported on this device
Great app and now many users are held hostage by the monthly premium model which is an insult
Very annoying!!! You purchased the app, only to find the developers decided to place simple, common features behind a new paywall as part of a “premium experience”. Now you can’t even mark a message as Unread.
