My whole family was used to using the widget for openong th door but now on iOS 18 it is gone. I would expect the developer to keep such essential issues up to date.

Niestety: - auto unlock działa dość sporadycznie, nigdy nie wiadomo kiedy się uda otworzyć drzwi bez wyciągania telefonu - ostatnio usunięto widget, który ułatwiał obsługę (nie trzeba było przechodzić przez aplikację) - otwarcie zamka czasami błyskawicznie, czasami po czasie 30sek - 1,5 minuty - BRAK WSPARCIA HOME KIT mimo informacji na stronie! A to był główny argument wyboru. Podsumowując - drugi raz bym nie kupił.

So if it works it works it opens pretty quick and the auto lock unlock feature is doing it without you needing to take out your phone. However…. This works like 60-70% of the time sometimes the app will not auto-unlock hell knows why. Sometimes when u want to work the lock manually it takes it like 30seconds to like 2 minutes ,those times are so frustrating that it overshadows all the good times when it works. If I had a choice I would not buy it again, it is just too frustrating. At times when I want to open the door and I am waiting, what seems like forever, I have to click it 3-4 times before it does anything. When I am coming back home with heavy shopping I expect the door to auto-open but it does not and I scramble to get my phone out and sometimes it does not open it waits like 2 minutes and I am loosing my cool…. So think twice before you buy the lock and the station etc.

Niestety ale często przy drzwiach trzeba długo czekać aż zamek je otworzy przy pomocy zegarka Apple Watch jak i telefonu. Kolejny minus to brak HomeKit !!!!!

The application is easy to use. It's a pity that it lags, I have to reset it every time I want to open/close the door. It understands that it takes time to initiate a connection to the server or lock, but the application does not inform about it. You wait for it to refresh and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and you don't know where the problem is. Several mobile phones, same problem. Maybe status banner that says the server or BT is inprogres or we have timeout. Perhaps there is some other software or hardware problem that makes the application slow and does not inform why the door does not open?

I had smartwatch and headphones paired to Bluetooth and Yale did not work as third connections

I have used the previous Yale app, it was working great, this one stopped me from using my Yale devices because it’s lagging, bugged and needs a lot of fixing.

Existing users lost access to the lock when a new app was forced. Still not any clue when it will be available. It is a MONUMENTAL failure!
