Since the update the wifi bridge doesn’t connect to the door lock. I’ve tried deleting the app and reconnecting everything without success.

the new update doesn’t support apple homekit in UAE.

Impossible to connect with lock. It does not do anything. Very frustrating device

Yale Dubai has the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Please try to cal “800YALE” in the UAE and you will be surprised that nobody will answer you even if you try this for hours every day. Obviously, Yale doesn’t care about its customers

Starting from the looks, the whole application is a clone of August. Exactly the same. Which is not bad from one side as the whole UI feels known and I was able to navigate around the menu without any issues. The downside is that this implementation of the application crashes EVERY time I try to use it. If you exit the application without forcing it to close (iOS swipe up and kill the process) once you try to restore the application from the background that’s it. Boom. Auto Unlock does not simply work. I have the application with the appropriate permissions in two phones (iPhone 14 Pro Max fully updated and patched) with two different users. We both approach the door carrying groceries and look at each other, lost waiting for the door to open.. The hardware is nice however. Much more sturdy that august and easier to install. If they fixed the application or at least provide recommended configurations on phone settings to make sure background refresh is working etc it would be even better. Until then I will keep trying different scenarios until I figure out which use case will work. After a month of attempts I am one step closer to accept defeat. I will not give up though.

I was using Yale Access it was working fine, this app is very bad i can't login to my account and i can't get the verification code. I think using Nuki smart lock better than this trash.

can't invite or give access to someone else

After changing the app and migrating to the new Yale home, I stopped getting notifications for the lock on the HomeKit app. I still get notifications from the Yale app, but not from the HomeKit app even though all the settings on the HomeKit for notifications is enabled.

Not only am I unable to log in, I am also unable to create a new account, AND I am unable to contact support!! Support email for this only exists to Northern America and the Middle East region has a website to submit a concern. This is insufficient and you need to do better. This is an app to allow access into people’s homes and this bug causes huge issues

Instead of giving people a deadline. Make sure you have an app that works. Can’t sign in, can’t create an account !! Useless
