Je ne suis pas contente du tout de l'application, ils ne sont pas correct du tout! En tant que professionnel, 7clients ont émis un avis favorable sur mon commerce et ils refusent de les mettre en ligne sans explication! J'ai même une cliente qui leur a envoyé un mail...rien ! Je ne comprend pas...ils ont sans doute des accords avec des confrères je ne vois que celà comme explication 😕 J'avais Qype avant ET ils étaient SUPER...j'avais moi-même mît de nombreux avis avec Qype et Yelp a racheté la licence et tous mes avis ont disparus ! Incompréhensible !!!
If you don’t pay for advertising with them
If you refuse to pay them for advertising, they will transfer some of your good reviews in “not recommended” even there are legit. They will say that the software analyzed and automatically do it. It happens not only to me, also other business
Scam
They charged me $165 for 13 “leads” (god knows who visited my website 13 times and for what, I got 0 sales out of it). My one and only real customer review got shadow banned and is not showing on my business profile, and when I tried to call them I was waiting on the phone for 2.5 hours and never managed to talk to anybody. Shame on Yelp, terrible way to do business.
Easy to use
I find the app very easy to use and has increased my business.
On the fence
I've landed 2 for sure decent sz jobs, meaning money it's bringing in and just quality of job... majority of the leads are 100$ plus. Why on gods green earth would anyone pay 100$ and not have a guarantee they are landing the job. I'm on this app to make money not lose money...

Pricing way too much
I’m a new business owner for pest control, decided to start ads and paying for local services customers will post for.. let’s just say I don’t know how yelp comes up with pricing for local services,, sometimes it’s $23 $30 and now a recent is $73 for a rodent control removal, and no guaranteed to get the job and get charged to message customers.. needs to be charged id you sell job and by sending a message. Won’t be doing that again anytime soon
