Yelp does nothing for your business other than have their workers call u randomly tell u their name and start talking for hours. They don’t ask if you have the time to talk or even want to. I’ve had two calls wake me up from my sleep and start yapping. First guy who called sent links to my email wanting me to click on them which was not happening, could have been a scam. I was listening to the guy talk for half hour before I just hung up bc they don’t even leave room for u to say anything. Another guy calls me and I told him I didn’t have time to talk (bc I knew I was gonna be on the phone for an hour) and he said then how did u pick up.??? Honestly what kinda app is yelp bc why do they run on getting people to call us randomly and talk our heads of whenever they feel like it. The whole app is sketchy and so are the people working for it. This app shouldn’t even have 3 starts with all the reviews saying they have been scammed, it should be shut down.

They are lyer Let me tell you about the theft they are liar. 1- One of the customer service representatives called and said they would find me a job. I even looked at old reviews while Talking to customer service, I mentioned the negative articles on the internet. Customer service said they would give us a $300 credit for the first month and assured us that our money wouldn't be taken. system. Customer service asked for my credit card information. I wanted to use the $300 credit and said I would become a member of the Yelp system if I liked it. Said we couldn't become a member without entering credit card information and said they wouldn't charge any fees. Customer service also said they currently had jobs available and would refer us. We gave our credit card information. Minutes later, we received a message from two people saying they wanted to paint their house. But these messages were lies. We were happy because we thought they would give us work. A week passed and $187 was deducted from our credit card. We called customer service. They said it was a $300 advertising fee and $187 was a monthly membership fee, and they said they would listen to your conversation with customer service and refund your money if necessary. While we were waiting for our money to be refunded, they deducted another $97, then another $13. We paid nearly $300 without receiving any job offers. We had to cancel our credit card to get rid of their theft. The first messages sent for jobs are just lies to convince and deceive you. Customer service later said they wouldn't give us our money back."

Yelp for business is easy to navigate. Customer support is very helpful and informative. Yelp has a diverse selection of features to choose from. Highly recommend using Yelp for getting your business highlighted.

Yelp pulls down legitimate reviews on your business unless you pay for monthly visibility. Go ahead and argue it is not what I know but what I can prove and I have screenshots of pulled reviews. This month, after being visible since 9/22/2021 they pulled a 5* review!!! Why??? Oh, I know why 👉 so, I paid one time on a supposed deal to max at $300 and this company charged my $900. I have had over 20 5* reviews pulled down by Yelp, all were legitimate unsolicited and genuine. Yelp refuses to address and just says their "secret algorithim" does it automatically without human interaction and they can not override the program. If you are conmsidering Yelp, be prepared to spend $600-$900/month for nothing.

Yelp is a terrific resource for all businesses and is easily found on google and has good SEO .

This company they did awesome job and they are very responsible person and they do everything in schedule. If I have any more project on future definitely I gave to this company. And I mentioned to everyone if they have anything in your house to fix this company, they can do everything. fixed with high-quality job.

Not a transparent app, the app is managed by a filtering software, the software supposed to help business owner from rambling customer but that’s not true, I have have 5 good reviews that aren’t recommended according to the software and one bad review wich shows in the app.

They make it seem so wonderful until you start to use it. It only benefits the people who pay outrageous amounts for the app. I had two reviews on there and yelp took them both down and then 2 weeks later decided to put them back up. I’ve been on yelp for 2 months now and in that time I’ve gotten more work from advertising on Facebook. If I could leave zero stars I would.
