I had a problem with my subscription in the app and wanted to cancel it. The support team was very polite, offered me option and gave me tips and advice for the app. I’m very pleased with the support and experience in the app.

Yoga-Go offers simple home-based yoga workouts that won't take up too much of your time. You can start a workout wherever you are and Yoga-Go workouts only take 7-30 minutes per session.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. health guides) for an additional fee, either as a one-off or recurring payment. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

I love Yoga Go
I use your app with pleasure every day or every other day! I like that I can choose the intensity of the workout, and as a beginner I practice the easiest workouts! I use the wall pilates plan, chair yoga journey, and since yesterday the flat belly challenge! As a beginner I am still discovering the types of workouts! The app is great! I love it!

Very responsive. Excellent approach and customer care.
Expensive trap
I thought i purchased one month subscription. It turned out that there is auto renewal which was not obvious upon purchase. It is misleadingly formulated. So this app is an expensive trap - beware.
Not correct at all
They consider that you have to go on their site to cancel your subscription and if you don’t know or just delete the app they will continue to change you 53 euros for 3 months subscription. Do not download this app as their aim is just to take your money and will never refund you. That’s a daytime robbery!
Hidden auto renewal
There is hidden auto renewal, which is not clearly announced. Cancellation process very difficult to find out - only by sending mail to support team, while you can manage many other things via app or website. This seems is done on purpose to discourage you from cancellation.
