As an 80 year old, I realise four important steps to help brain health and delay dementia 1.learn language 2.learn instrument 3.hiking - walking 4.dancing I look forward to my, normally, early evening Sitting Yoga. I am convinced that my body flexibility has improved. My objective is to lose weight so that I can bend at the waist following Anke’s lead. I feel very relaxed and comfortable with Anke. I enjoy the repetition of individual segments in a random selection in each session. I enjoy the 11 minute video more than the 15 minute version. The verbal instructions are clear and a massive improvement on previous.

Too easy I understood this was a weight loss program but obviously it’s not! Fine for early morning stretching but it’s not challenging enough for me.

Never got sent a code so can’t log in even though payment was taken. Then can’t cancel because I don’t have an account, awful rip off don’t buy
Too rushed
I’m using this app every day. I don’t feel particularly challenged by it. But my biggest problem is that it tells me to do repetitions in my own time then doesn’t give me enough time to do them effectively.
Poor quality
The app doesn’t function properly. On day three and two of the three days have blank spaces in the screen. It seems like a good program, but it isn’t functioning properly
NO clear signage in regards to AUTO RENEW
******THIEVES***** There is no clear signage to state that you will be charged over £66 if you don’t cancel the subscription on the actual app ( cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID will not make one bit of difference by the way) I’ve stated that this is really expensive for me and has put me in a financial crisis this week they will not give me a refund, also I stated that I was able to do this anymore because I need surgery on my back so I’m unable to do the exercises, then they have the audacity to offer me a free year because they don’t want to give me my money back for an app I do not even use! And physically unable to use! Do not download this app!!! All they want is your money and they do not care about their customers!!!! I am truly utterly disgusted! I will never ever recommend this to anybody.
