J’ai fait un abonnement de 30 jours et au 14 ème jour je n’ai plus accès à l’abonnement
Sneaky auto renewal
Auto renewal billed to my credit card -cancelled on same day of automatic renewal…..would not refund, no notification of subscription ending and renewal coming up
Excellent For Beginner and on the Go
Excellent cues, as beginner I rarely had to look at screen to see if I was in correct position. I do find App frustrating as it doesn’t seem to track progress or recommend level up. I’m ready to advance to longer more difficult poses and can’t find them on App.
Program unclear
Although everything I’ve done so far is really super, I’m unclear as to how to locate my own program within the app-in order to get my weight loss goal. Perhaps that’s the program that it automatically goes to, but it’s very unclear. Other than that, it’s fabulous!
Awful company
I received an email saying that my subscription was renewed. I don’t recall downloading or using the app. I contacted the team and they refused to refund me as it did not fall into their “return policy”. I have not used their services will never use their services. If I could give them a zero star I would. Their customer service is terrible.

I had a personal issue with them and they could not have been nicer to. I appreciated the effort they showed me. Thank you.
Why do you keep charging me
You are driving the fraud department crazy with your multiple charges . You need to contact me and get this sorted . I will report you .
Why?
I signed up as a senior to loosen up and loose some weight while doing this. The loosen up is going pretty good but the weight loss is none existent. No follow up from the app regarding reaching my goals. I have memorized most of the moves and will likely cancel my subscription.
Beyond frusterated
I wish I would’ve read the reviews! This app is NOT a free trial. It is a scam stealing your money when you don’t even sign up for auto renewal. They should be ashamed of themselves!
