I should have known better than to expect the app to behave at all like the ads suggest with smooth good video and clear instructions - instead it’s a weird AI looking vibe, with instructions that are the opposite of what is needed (lean forward when it means lean back, on your toes when it means heels - the instructions will lead to falling over and getting injured). Most of the time is spent standing up and breathing - I’m sure that’s nice, but it ain’t what’s in the ads. And now the rubbish about no refunds. Garbage.

They will continue to charge you money and won’t refund you. Avoid this app.

Hi. I answered all the questions before I purchased the app. Now have to answer again AND pay again. What is this about?

Hate apps that make money from auto renew clauses, they don’t warn you the renewal date is coming. Then refuse to refund money. .haven’t looked at it in months.

I’ve downloaded the app and found it difficult to follow. I’ve reached out to support for refund as they said 30 days money back guarantee and they said NO. You have to use the app at least 14 days and do the exercises and without seeing result. I did not like the app and they do not refund instead offering 1 year access which is ridiculus. Why do I want to have access to an app that I did not like!

I bought it online to try it out for a few days, they publicise one price and charge another. My account was deducted €69 and they didn't even ask me to change it, they sent me to renew the app without my permission. I managed to cancel today and I want to ask for a refund, due to so many negative reviews Apple should better analyse this company, this is misleading advertising and fraud

I'm trying to cancel the subscription, but it's not working with the step by step that you leave in the FAQ. I'm going to have to cancel my card, because I keep receiving billing attempts. I've already sent an email to your support and I hope it's resolved, because I don't want to continue using the app.

pay £25 for three month trail and then the shisters take £70 from your account even when you haven’t purchased it! STAY CLEAR!

I took out a discounted one month discounted subscription. On completion I cancelled same but I was offered an additional month of €1. My subscription was switched back to auto renewal and despite originally cancelling I was charged €34.95 . The company has refused to refund this although I contacted them immediately. They offered me free use of app for 12 months which I am not interested in, which I think you can get anyway. Just be wary of special offers here. Don’t be caught like me. PB
