Good app
It’s a great one. You can choose what you prefer with more or less energy, time. It always fits into your daily routine. It helps with pain relief, weight loosing. I’ve bought it to loose weight and started after serious Covid sickness. I was sick for four months. I gained weight, cellulite, a lot of cough and neuralgia pain. I’ve stated with one training a day, then two, three and more and more- I recognise it helps me to get back to health and it helps me to gain energy and clear positive mind for my life. I highly recommend this app for everyone.
