This is the second time I’ve joined and immediately canceled as the promised free course was not supplied. Last time Yoga International did not refund me and I took it on the chin, figuring I had messed up the cancelation. Not this time! I know I completed the process. Let’s see if they refund me, if not I’m disputing with my cardholder. ETA they charged me TWICE!!! Just gets better 🤦‍♀️.

I signed up to try and the app keeps lagging. The videos didn’t even work properly - the instructor introduction video keeps playing in the background while I opened another video, therefore I cancelled it after a few days. Then I found out after a few months, they’ve been deducting money from my account all this time. I had to go back and cancel it again. It was a very confusing process to cancel the subscription. I emailed about the problem and they would not refund my money. It’s been such a waste of time and money. I’ve used yoga glo and it’s a much better app. Stay away from this one!

Be careful! I have cancelled my membership before my free trial expired yet I kept getting charged. Not only once per month but around 3 times per month. In 2.5 months they have managed to take $240 off my account!!! Stay away

This is a scam. Don’t sign up. They’ll continue charging you you no matter how many times you attempt to cancel your account. They are breaching consumer law. Yoga international are scammers.

I cancelled online two weeks before the end of my month trial (after noticing the advertised ‘hundreds’ of courses included in the membership were actually very few) and was very surprised to find YI billed me for the next 12 months. When questioned the operator was downright rude and I was told that there was no evidence of an attempt to cancel. They can’t even provide a receipt for tax purposes. My advice is stay away unless you want to pay your membership for the rest of your life.

Signed up to a free trial which was ok but after I cancelled that they continued billing me and it took me 4 months to get in contact with them to have it cancelled, only to be told I could not have my money back even though I cancelled my membership.

This is a scam, didn’t even use it & they charged me $30 and won’t refund me, disgusting customer service team.

What an awful app. All my other subscriptions are on my Apple Store & I can keep track of them all. Unlike this one, I got charged for the app that I had NEVER used. Then had to cancel my membership through the program which wasn’t easy.

Not what I expected at all. And then when I cancelled it they continued to bill me for two months after even when I supplied proof that I had tried to cancel it and had emailed them to see why was going on. They denied any attempts to cancel. And continued to bill me anyway. An absolute joke. Do not sign up unless you want to for life.

I really hope they updated this app soon. The usability is so poor. You can’t search a term, click on a result and thing go back to the search results to click on another link. Also once I’ve searched I don’t seem to be able to search for anything else without having to close down the app and start again. Sometimes when I click on results they don’t open. There are just so many issues with this app that I find myself hardly using it. I think I will sadly have to cancel my subscription unless this app is improved soon.
