Estoy probando aún, así que aún no puedo valorar el contenido. Lo peor es que no se puede reproducir en smart TV aunque este permitido en ajustes conexión red local.

Sigo el paso a paso de cómo darme de bajas pero voilà,el último paso para darte de baja no aparece en toda la app…solo aparece borrar cuenta pero con ello no das de baja la suscripción. Alguien que me lo solucione???

No consta como suscripción en mi iPhone pero siguen cobrándome .

No hay teléfono para reclamar un cargo de membresia, en mi perfil no me deja porque no hay una opción para darse de baja en cualquier momento como dicen Un desastre

I came back to complain again. They do not allow me to cancel membership. Not in the browser nor in the app. I simply tried the free month, said I was not interested in more but they keep trying. Thank goodness I always suspect and use a 0€ card I have. I am glad u let me see this is not a good option. You should make it easy. Pretty lame. Pathetic in fact Take care, fix this and really aim to help people not make business if you so say. Gtfo🙏🏼

Me suscribí al periodo de prueba, lo cancelé antes de que terminase y aún así me cobraron. Cuando les pregunté (a parte d que es casi imposible porque no contestan al email sino por la web en un chat malísimo y tardan días en contestar) me dijeron que la culpa es de Apple, que no me van a devolver el dinero. Además la app es malísima, da muchos errores y las búsquedas te dan resultados que nada tienen que ver. I signed up for the trial membership, cancelled it before my trial was over and they charged me anyway. I tried to speak with them several times and they customer service is awful, they wouln’t just say it was Apple’s fault and they can’t refund me. The app is awful, many errors and it doesn’t properly work
