Débito indevido

Boa tarde, Foi realizado um débito indevido no meu cartão, pois, tinha cancelado a inscrição e mesmo assim debitaram, gostaria de estornar o valor.

Irritating problems

There are two problems constantly occuring: the class page stop scrolling, so I have to log out to return to normal, and the downloaded classes NEVER appear in my Download page.

Trial is a trap

I’ve tried the app and tried to cancel the membership before the end of the period, but I was to able to because I need to go through PayPal and cancel there. I simply forgot on that day, and my credit card was billed - without my consent - I don’t care what of that your policy on your site says - my credit card was billed without my consent and now you are getting hard time to cancel and refund. This is some kind of scam because I demonstrated my intention to cancel Before the charge, but was not able to. It’s no about the 15$ it’s about the awful support that took 5 days to answer an email.
