I’ve sent you several emails regarding my unsubscription yet no appropiate answer has been delivered. I can’t even use my account to do some lessons. Please find a solution asap
I ve just discovered (bcuz i use a simple card where i have limited money) that this app has been secretly billing me with no invoice and no conditions to write to apple for a refund. I went on their site and ofc they deny my refund stating “bcuz we offer u unlimited access until of the month we are unable to provide u with a refund”. First of all I never requested an upgrade. It was a free download version that as soon as i dowloaded it i never used it cuz i found it useless. Second, i never asked to have acces until the end of the month so why r u FORCING ME simply to just justify ur refuse to refund me. This is a cheap app with cheap admins that cannot afford to have a proper conduct and admit their app might have made a mistake in billing someone. I will take all legal measures bcuz it s quite easy to prove I haven t used the app so they cannot justify billing me. Plus the lack of transparency. The billing is nowhere in any history, except the visa card. Shame! App store should ban thieves.
I love this app!
I find it difficult to use in the sense that I try to find a class that I need and after more then 30 minutes I am still searching. And it takes a lot of time for the teachers to start the poses/clases etc.
I enjoy the content but won’t renew due to glitchy app that makes it difficult to enjoy my practice when using.
Grey-out band over videos in landscape mode? No-click no-link classes and courses? After an hour of “playing around” with the app (that’s too much time -it’s 2024 not 2006) I’m deleting app and cancelling membership.
I do like the content, but this is a review in the App Store and the developers really need to respond to problems with the app. I want to use the app on my TV because it’s easier to see, but the current version won’t let me complete log in. Previously, the app just wouldn’t open on the TV. On my iPad and phone, it works pretty consistently but is hard to see, and I can’t project it to my TV. The saving features also don’t really make sense.
I payed for a yearly subscription and have yet to have the access I have been in communication with incompetent Cheryl who is just stealing company time!!! IM STILL WAITING!!!
I purchased the yearly membership last year so I could do prenatal yoga classes. I didn’t even use this app much since there are not many prenatal videos and I ended up finding better classes for free in YouTube. I canceled my subscription from my App Store months ago and I even deleted this app. Yesterday I was charged $204 for another year when I did not receive any notice just the notification from my credit card. I’m trying to get in touch with someone and all they have is an email. ?????? Makes no sense, they make it impossible to get rid of this membership.
