Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

This has been one of the best apps on my phone. I use it all the time just for a quick refresher or deeper rest constantly.. There have been days when I haven't been able to sleep ALL NIGHT.. seriously. I've played this (30 min version) back to back 4 times and felt so deeply rested that I was able to do my day feeling wonderful.. I share it with everyone who could use it. As a massage therapist I've recommended it to countless new friends and clients... Thanks for such a great app ❤️🙏❤️

Are you kidding me?? This is one track of audio that can be 10, 20 or 30 mins long. That’s it. It’s the same track every time. One single walk-through of telling you to relax different parts of your body. That’s all. Complete rip-off.

The first time I used it I didn’t realize there were choices in the length of the practice and the default was ten minutes. Ten minutes is a completely inadequate time span for yoga Indra so I was really annoyed that I bought the app. When I decided to check in the settings and found there was a proper 30 minute practice I tried it again. It’s really a lovely and effective practice and much needed on stressful work days.

I’ve taken yoga Nidra classes and this is authentic. The voice is very soothing. You have the options of adding nature sounds to the voice over. There’s 3 meditations of varies lengths. Yoga Nidra is especially helpful if you have insomnia.
