FORMATS
Yomu supports standard ebooks without digital rights management.

Choose any of over thousand freely available ebooks from publishers like Feedbooks, Manybooks or Project Gutenberg. Download ebooks directly from your browser, copy files from other apps or add them with AirDrop. Import files with iCloud Drive, iTunes File Sharing, or from Dropbox, Google Drive, OPDS and Calibre.

READER
The reader's design is carefully crafted for ebooks and offers custom styles for better readability.

Choose your favorite theme, reader mode (day, sepia, night, black), select a preset or custom font size, content layout (page, scroll) and many more options. All settings can be saved as your personal default for each book.

Swipe or tap to go to the next page. You can also use the book's content outline or table of contents to navigate to another chapter.

While reading EPub, Mobi and Kindle books, select text to take notes or highlight favorite sections. Create bookmarks or search inside ebooks to quickly find anything you are looking for.

LIBRARY
Organise your books in an easy to use library.

Manage your library by creating folders or tags to organize your books. Sort your collection either by title, author or drag and drop for a custom order.

You can edit a document's title, author, summary, cover or any other meta data. Save or export your books with all information and annotations in text, markdown or json format.

CLOUD
Yomu's Cloud Library (pro only) stores your books and annotations securely in Apple's iCloud.

Keep all your ebooks safe and at hand on whatever device. Every time you change something on one device, it's synced to all your other devices. Always have the latest version, when you start reading on your iPad and continue on your iPhone on the go.

Please note that you need to be signed in on your device with the same Apple ID on both platforms.

WIDGETS
See your recently read books or highlighted quotes.

Yomu includes widgets to quickly view and open your books and quotes. Add a widget from the gallery and choose a list from the options. Tap on an entry to continue reading where you left off.

YOMU PRO
Yomu is free to use and includes all basic features.

Every ebook format, theme or setting is available and lets you try out the unrestricted reader. However, the free version has some limitations and does not include certain features.

Upgrade to Yomu Pro to get:
- Cloud Library: Store and sync your library with Apple’s iCloud.
- Unlimited Documents: No limit on the number of documents.
- No Advertisement: Free version can display ads.

Lexend font is fixed

Having more fonts to choose from than the built in Books app is a very big selling point.

Simple, nice, clean, flawless syncing with iCloud

Great ereader that has all the features you need.

So worth it!!!

I love this e-reader! It’s super easy to import/add new books and it all goes alphabetically by title. My favourite feature is the widget, where it will display things you’ve highlighted in your Home Screen.

It does what it says

It does what it says and can open epubs the deal breaker is the fact that in a dedicated reading app where you swipe left and right to switch pages someone decided it was a good idea to also make swiping left a way of exiting a book. Half the time you want to check out a previous page you will swipe out of the book. There is no setting to disable this either. A simple X to close button would’ve sufficed.

Best Ebook Reader on the App Store

I rarely buy apps, but I ended up buying Yomu soon after trying it out. The app has a sleek and appealing interface and can open almost all ebook formats with ease. Synchronization between devices is fast and flawless, and the many customization options make the reading experience accessible and enjoyable. For a one-time payment, you get an effortless reading experience! You can’t beat that. If you read a lot on your iPad, this is the app for you.

Great sleek app

Has all the customization options you could want from an ereader, along with a nice design. Appreciate the small extra features this has over apple’s default app. Hopefully in the next update the search function can be fixed—it catches words in chapter titles but not within the chapters themselves.

Nope

I just want an app that can open an ebook. Period. I WANT A READER, NOT A LIBRARIAN. A quick select and delete would have been good enough BUT I SEE NO WAY OF REMOVING IT FROM THE YOMU DATABASE. So a prompt goodbye

Waste of time and money

Regret buying the pro version. Uninstalled and will not use again. Wish they offered refunds.

Exactly what I wanted!

This is a simple, straightforward and easy to use reader. I have recommended it many times and everyone loves it as much as I do. I have organized libraries and easy access to just what I’m looking for. Try it for yourself and enjoy your reading journey.
