Editing a saved password creates another record
While editing an existing record in Yoti and on trying to save it , an error message is generated that it has failed , but actually another new record is created
Doesn’t allow a video verification
I recently wanted to change my pin so i was prompted a photo and video verification. The photo verification went good (i placed my mug in the area to be scanned and it was confirmed). However it is refusing to do the same for video identification (where i am supposed to do the same process but with video of my face and sound check using words on the screen) It keeps giving error “something went wrong please try later” and exits the app…. Please fix this Yoti.

Not able to use
I am not even upload nor scan or do anything its a waste application don’t download this
Aadhaar scanning problems
New Aadhaar smart QR Code can’t read. Update the new smart QR reader.

Verification issues.
It doesn’t verify all ur details if u scan just adhaar QR code... u have to upload adhaar file to get it verified completely... not even nationality is verified with QR code. U need linked phone number to download adhaar file too. Then u have to upload it.
Scam!
Its a literal scam! They take your biometrics for no reason, and when I tried to delete my account, there was an error. Now lm locked out of it with all my info and it asks for too much private information.
