Face scanner took forever to load, i was sat there for minutes and it didnt work. Then the 3 words? I have a speech impediment so it wouldn’t register any of my words. Tried to do the picture, again wouldnt load. All this to get onto one trivial friend meetup
I had to download Yoti in order to get access back to my Yubo account. While I understand that it’s necessary to verify a person’s identity to protect Yubo users.. asking for someone’s personal identification documents seems like quite a lot to ask of a minor (or anyone for that matter) for something as trivial as a social media app. (If it were a state-run organisation, I would understand.. but for a social media app?) It just seems like a little TOO much personal data to be collecting about the userbase.. especially considering that a large amount of the userbase (I would assume) are the minors coming to their app from apps such as Yubo. Even if the Yoti staff claim to encrypt data, it is still too much to ask a person under the age of 18 to provide. Data breaches can happen to any site or app regardless of security measures, if documentation like this were to be leaked, it could have a negative knock-on effect to the userbase. If I were to recommend solutions to this issue, I would recommend implementing another measure for users under 18 to verify that does not require such sensitive documentation to be submitted. Something like “Touch ID” or even a verified phone number or email address (even getting a parent’s email address would suffice)
It won’t let me scan the QR code for COVID-19 as it says it’s invalid. Tried different ways, on my IPad and zooming in and out but nothing.
Requires every little detail even a video of you speaking. And doesn’t remove your passport details even after deleting your account.

It won’t let me log into my account I had on my old phone and I don’t have my passport on me and I need that
this app is pathetic it takes an absolutely ridiculously long time to scan your face and is so complicated , extremely disappointed that i cant get back into my yubo account because of this app not working
I had accidentally identified as an 18 year old but I am 16, I tried sending messages and haven’t gotten a response back
I want to get onto my yubo account , I was using yubo for ages then i just got locked out of my account and I’ve tried to verify myself but it won’t let me , very disappointed , could you guys unlock my yubo account ?
um i made an account and it asked for my passport or diver license and i gave my passport as a scan, i got scared because my bf told me i shouldn't have done that because it sounds like a scam so if u get a scan of a passport from an deleted account please don’t tell me u can use it cuz now i’m really scared and idk what to do so i came here
