I just changed phone, from an iPhone 12 to a 15, and on the new phone it keeps on crashing. I am able to install it on the new phone and retrieve all my passwords, but after the first use it just crashes and crashes and it is impossible to retrieve passwords unless I uninstall it and install it again. Today I have gone through that process 3 times.

I crashed my Yoti account 5 years ago me oíste I was asked to. Haven’t access since then until I try to access today and according to Yoti my face don’t match.
The “state of the art technology” they boast about so much is actually very mediocre. I have a Spanish name (like literally other 700 million people in the world), hence I have a forename, then my father’s surname and then my mother’s surname. It is not rocket science, yet they still get it wrong. The software identified through my passport that my mother’s surname is my forename and so my digital ID is a complete mess. Besides my passport, they required further IDs to prove my identity. I have two other IDs I could use to follow this process, so I uploaded one and the software didn’t recognise my full name, even though it is plainly written there, so it was rejected. I uploaded the other one, my name was correctly recognised but apparently that type of ID is not accepted (even though it was listed). Therefore, I have provided three identity cards and I still cannot move forward. What else do you need? My dog’s birth certificate? My baptismal form? My great grandfather’s marriage certificate? DNA tests? I’ve asked for help and contacted customer support and their response? “Try uploading it again”. Like that is something I hadn’t thought of before. Thanks. I imagine this only works if your name is John Smith, and it wouldn’t surprise me if it still malfunctioned that way.
Subi mi documento de identidad y el sistema detecto mal el nombre, lo intente otra vez y con otro documento pero no se corrigió el problema, y así pues no funciona

Hola, e intentado demasiadas veces verificar mi cuenta de yubo con mi pasaporte de país y no me lo acepta, es el único dato que me falta y no sé por qué no me acepta si es mi identificación oficial, ya no tengo otros documentos más que ese. Espero que me puedan ayudar a verificar mi cuenta, de antemano muchas gracias.
