Your details are safe

Any details you add to your Yoti are encrypted into unreadable data that only you can unlock. The private encryption key to your data is stored safely on your phone – only you can activate this key and access your details using your PIN, Face ID or Touch ID.

We cannot share your details without your permission or mine or sell your data to third parties.

DO NOT USE!!
The scanners do not work well. Then once by a miracle you are able to get it to scan it asks to scan more info- like a chip on your passport. Then when that doesn’t work it will tell you it is ‘verifying’ your documents. And that due to demand, it will take much longer than usual. But of course you will be left with no way to take back your identification you just sent them. You will end the process feeling like you were violated in the worst way.

App is useless once you get to the photo id verification. Probably took a photo of my id a few times and kept getting a session expired. No matter how much I tried. Deleted my account and the app right away

Tried to create a account for age verification using my Puerto Rico phone number with a 787 area code and I don’t get the text code. Complete trash.

1st thing it asks is your birthday. I’m 56 and used my correct birthdate and it said I wasn’t old enough.
Trash app, data logger.
Got this app so I could verify myself for something, and I took images of my state I.D. Took two hours and it got an error, saying it was another form of documentation. This app seems to just be a data logger that sends information to your or other governments. Use an alternative method rather than this mess.
Deleted this nonsense.
I got stuck at trying to scan the back of my Driver License. After the 5th unsuccessful attempt, I decided against investing anymore of my valuable time or interest in this app, or the businesses or enterprises that use Yoti for verification purposes. Decision made. Confidence restored.
