Rate is good but card details cannot view
I admit that it is very convenient to be able to use for online payment. Recently unable to view card details and yet not getting response from Youtrip is discouraging to consider to use for future payment. Especially on limited time offer.
YOUTRIP card details are not available on the app. Even after restarting, reinstalling and even replace the virtual card.
Is there any way to get to the card details in order to use it. Btw Physical card are left at home.
Error Not Showing the Card Details in the App
I admit is very useful and convenient if you have physical card (so 3 stars for it)
But THE VIRTUAL CARD is stupid, it has error to show the card details, which make it unusable!!!! Wow, what a design, I can’t pay for my online overseas transactions!
Not using physical card for security concerns, and that’s the purpose Virtual Card right……

I applied for more than a month ago still hadn't receive a card. They keep rejecting my application due to the purpose of the proof of address and i resubmitted 3 times still the same. At first they will still reply to my email but now no more. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Useful for me but have suggestion
This apps are good. But I can’t choose the currency I wanted to check the rate. Only can check few fixed currency rate by YouTrip before exchange or use it. It will be best if I can view the specific currency rate I want or need before I exchange or spend it. For example, I need to spend in RM but as current apps version is not able to let me check the rate before I spend it.
Cannot login
After I signed up. I uninstalled for a reason. When I re-install it, I can’t login. There’s no login button. Only sign up. Useless app.
No Record
After make payment with YouTrip card
Money is deducted but I can’t found the transaction records in the apps
Probably this company doesn’t exist any more.
Applied and registered for their card as per their instruction like 4-5 months ago and did not receive the card until today (7th March). Spoken to their support back Jan and they claimed to resend the card and confirmed my address again. Yet again.. did not receive too. Waste of time.
