BAD SERVICE
Dear YouTrip Your service is bad , I been calling and reaching out to YouTrip customer service for my card status and was told to wait 5-7days but I waited so much longer and there is no reply from you all . I’ve signed up for YouTrip since November mid and now it’s nearly December no news from you guys . If my submission is wrong shouldn’t customer service contact me or at least notify me so I can submit accordingly?! Lousy service !! Called in and ask just brush me off saying unable to let me know now . Ask me to wait 5-7 days to get an answer , but nothing at all . I will give YouTrip bad review .

Hi, I want asking you can Malaysian people sign up?
Rate is good but card details cannot view
I admit that it is very convenient to be able to use for online payment. Recently unable to view card details and yet not getting response from Youtrip is discouraging to consider to use for future payment. Especially on limited time offer. YOUTRIP card details are not available on the app. Even after restarting, reinstalling and even replace the virtual card. Is there any way to get to the card details in order to use it. Btw Physical card are left at home.
Error Not Showing the Card Details in the App
I admit is very useful and convenient if you have physical card (so 3 stars for it) But THE VIRTUAL CARD is stupid, it has error to show the card details, which make it unusable!!!! Wow, what a design, I can’t pay for my online overseas transactions! Not using physical card for security concerns, and that’s the purpose Virtual Card right…… Please get it FIX ASAP!

Terrible service don’t recommend
I applied for more than a month ago still hadn't receive a card. They keep rejecting my application due to the purpose of the proof of address and i resubmitted 3 times still the same. At first they will still reply to my email but now no more. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
