ZAFUL - My Fashion Story

I paid for a zip-up hoodie through the app, but it went out of stock. Despite my attempts to contact them via email, there's been no response, and they haven't restocked the item.

My order had came late. Not only did it come late I was not able to find it was delayed until I had email the support team. The material is really bad, Where did they get this from.

I would really love to buy from this website but y’all don’t ship to australia. 😭😭 Please do one day! I will buy SOOOO much is swear !!

Love love my outfit Zaful is the best when it comes to quality and texture

I’ve purchased 2 item from through the app and when I tried them on they were lacking any quality in either the materials or the craftsmanship. I went through the return process to find out that the app fails and gives different error prompts just as I’m about the submit. All in all it was a abysmal experience dealing with them.

Zaful is a good app it has lots of items which are a better quality than other websites that are similar. The app also shows lots of choices and different Outfit Ideas as well as it always has a good sale on.
