Pedi y me llego rapido a méxico ademas las tallas venian como correspondian y siempre me llegó notificación de donde iba mi pedido. Me soprendio esta app excelente servicio !! pedire nuevamente muy pronto

Nunca me llegó el último pedido, el segundo pedido y último. Ni los de la paquetería (por cierto de las peores entre tantas malas) se han hecho responsables.

Me gustaría hacer un reembolso de una sudadera,quisiera saber si puedo cambiarla por una talla,justo me acaban de llegar hoy,pedí 3 pero solo una me quedo mal,me quedo muy grande,no le he quitado la etiqueta,apenas hace rato que me metí a la página vi que era una talla más grande y cuando me la probé estaba gigante.
