Great app

I am extremely impressed. I really like shopping at ZAFUL and this app made it even more fun. The app is easy to navigate, making it a breeze to browse and shop for my fav items. Every picture loads fast. The app offers filters so I can easily find what I’m looking for. The checkout process is smooth. I defenitely recommend!!!

I didn’t get my order and ZAFUL not giving refund!

Please, be careful with this company! I was waiting for my order more than 2 months instead of 2 weeks that they offer. And all the time I was asking when I can get my order finally, they answered that I have to wait. Then I wrote one more time to support of ZAFUL after 2 month and ZAFUL answered that I can’t get my order and it was returned to them and they are not going to send it to me one more time. So, of course I asked for refund. And they told me that instead of my spent money I can get only 20 USD. First of all my amount of money that I spent is bigger and I paid in EURO. Why your company is not following your own rules and lie to your customers? If you did a mistake you have to pay refund to the customers. I’m not suggesting to order anything from Zaful, because you can stay like me without your order and without your money.

Would recommend!

I do enjoy using this app very much. Pictures load super fast and product I get also don’t disappoint. Now I can shop comfortably and also not spend hundreds of euros on items I like. And they look super cute! Would definitely recommend this to my friends :)

i love this app!! it’s so easy to use and so far i’ve loved everything i ordered. the swimsuits as well as other clothes are made of great material and are affordable too. Overall i recommend downloading it but be careful because you might get addicted and want to buy everything there ☺️
