ZAFUL - My Fashion Story

Everything was great, however the delivery time to the Czech Republic is really too long to my mind. There are a lot of other internet shops where the delivery is much faster the yours. It would be great if you could fix it somehow. Nevertheless, recomend it

i ordered some pieces of clothes for christmas last year. shipping was fast, product looked exactly the same like in pictures. plus there is so many reviews from clients so you can see what you are ordering.

I made order but unfortunately it did not fit me, they were kind and sent me bigger size. Thank you😇😇😇

Never had problems with the app, everything works smoothly. Sometimes it's a bit hard to navigate (it took me a while to find out how to return some goods and ask for a refund) but overall I'm satisfied with it and the services provided.

Worst shopping experience in my life. Order never came (not my fault), than shopper refused to send me my money back!!!!! Pure SCAM! Cant recommend!

The app works well, sometimes a little slower to open, but could be a problem of the internet. Also I a have a really good experience with the customer support. My package got lost cause of the delivery company. I wrote to the customer support of ZAFUL through the app and they responded immediately, tried to find what happened with my package and after offered me a solution. I am really happy. Silně nedoporučuji! Zboží nepřišlo, peníze nechtějí vrátit a místo toho nabízí, že ho za další poplatek pošlou znova. Definitely dont recommend! Order didnt came, they dont want to give me my money back and just pushing me to pay additional fee!!!

Ordered bikinis and dresses. I made a mistake to pay for my order twice but the customer support immediately cancelled one of my orders and refunded the money to my card. The products were good quality!
