My friend recommended me to use Zalo during our stay in Vietnam, I couldn’t get the verification code when I’m in Vietnam or even now when I back home, my country code and mobile number is 100% correct, but when I first click the “send verification code”, the system shows ”The request exceeds the specified limit” and ask me to try 24 hours later, after 24 hours and same message popped up. Please fix this issue!!!
I lost my account and email to the team via the form but didn’t receive any contact from Zalo. So sad
Hi, why always can’t login and always shown request code exceeded time. I have been wait 24 hours after 24 hours and still can’t login. Can resolve this issue ?
I try to register with my Malaysia number but it keep come out this error , will review back to 5 star if could register
They ask for verification i add my passport my id but it said cant see information and all pics are clear i think they dont accept foreigners on this app
Ex: Mute notifications from one group and they give you option mute until you turn it back on (meaning by your own acts) But zalo will do control in the back door and turn it ON without notice to the owner account. This only one of these many thing zalo control and do in secret play without notice or inform to user, so disrespectful.
Anyone can help me?

I don’t like it shows Zing news all the time, such annoying. Don’t force user to use your product that way. Thanks
Zalo đang làm rất tốt nhưng đột nhiên lại đi 1 bước tụt lùi, khiến người dùng không thoải mái và mất sự tiện dụng và đặc biệt so với những nền tảng khác.
