Seriously? On first registration attempt I receive a message “The request exceeds the specified limit” and told to try again in 24 hours? What a joke…and unfortunately a lot of Vietnamese tourism service providers seem to rely on this app so losing out on new business from foreigners!

They ask passport photo and recordings sometimes ? Weird and not safe

I need someone to help me with Zalo. I was previously logged in Zalo and now I bought myself a new device and can't log in anymore. It keeps on letting me know "it does not recognise my number, do I want to create a nee account" I have tried to create a new account whereby I need to confirm my phone number, if I press "Confirm" it then keeps giving me the message "the request exceeds the specified limit" I am so frustrated because I previously was logged in on this number but does not work and I have created nee account and still no luck. Please I need help how one can just bypass this 24hr message to try again because it has been more than that and it still gives me the same message no matter what number I create.

To register, I need to give my phone number and type in the verification code I receive. The problem is that the app seemingly cannot send me a verification code, so the entire app is inaccessible to me. I’m not sure if it’s a problem sending messages to South African phone numbers. Hopefully a Vietnamese phone number wouldn’t have this problem.

SO ANNOYING! Why do you have to verify via JUST a phone number? Why not make an option to verify via email too? I am not in Vietnam, so I am unable to verify my account, and I cannot connect with my Vietnamese friends and colleagues. Do better & keep up with the current times, guys 😠

For some reason I can't register my phone number on Zalo and connect to my friends and work in Vietnam 😡😡

I use Zalo to connect with my friends back in Vietnam but, when we send video and other media it takes forever to load. I can upload a video to my timeline but I cannot watch it it just shows loading/buffering as well as those videos of my friends. Photos take long to load as well. WhatsApp is much faster but unfortunately my friends all on Zalo. Please improve this feature. Thank you.
