I have been using a UK phone number for my Zalo account for a few years, however, this year, 2024, mine were logged out and deleted without any reasons. I were trying to logging again and it said my phone number was a new number, therefore, I had to create a new account with that number. Unfortunately, I could not create since I could not receive the verification code due to exceeding the requested times? What on earth is happening?

Doesn’t even let you sign up, just repeats the captcha over and over. What kind of idiot designed this app?

Keep losing connection on ios 17. With WiFi and data. Although this doesn’t happen as much now. I have changed my number and it won’t let me change saying , it doesn’t support send OTP abroad but I created the account originally in the UK

Had the app for 1 day, my account was suspended for ‘suspicious activity’. They asked me to verify my account by submitting ID, and it would not accept my passport or drivers licence (UK). I’ve emailed support 5 times, contacted the Facebook page multiple times asking for help, but I’ve not had a response. It’s logged me out and is asking me to pay for a verification code (text a number with a cost) or make a call, however I only have data on my phone plan so I can’t do that. Also, when I initially set up my account, the call option at the start let me choose ‘English’, then said everything in English apart from the 6 digit code 🙃 I’ve been locked out for over 2 weeks, but I need the App for texting and calling. Zalo - please respond to any of my emails or Facebook messages or messages through a friend’s account - anything!

My account has been disabled as I cannot verify my account with my passport as an error message appears. I’ve tried multiple times, been to multiple stores to try get help and tried to reach out to you on every platform and am yet to hear back. I need Zalo to be working as soon as possible please can some get back to me with a helpline.

After enabling the E2E encryption, iOS doesn't give message preview like it used to. You'll guys need to fix it ASAP. Also add option to transfer call between phone and laptop
