Registered Zalo but my phone number was used previously by someone. Got profile banned. But if your profile is banned you can’t even write to support. Write from other account — no response for a week. What are doing guys, goes to celebrate New Year for a month?!

this is the worst app. I transferred the application to the new phone. in order to enter the application I have to write code. The code is dictated only in Vietnamese, although I chose English. You can only order 2 calls per day. I tried for several days to understand what they were saying and in the end I succeeded. but in order to go further, I need a “friend” to scan my code. I have only a few contacts and one of them is very important and is saved only in Zalo. I can't contact him in any way. other contacts are only restaurants, so no one can scan the code for me. so I lost an important contact and can't access the app.

I have the message that I need a verification, but it is impossible for foreigners via app. I send email, More than a week has passed, but verification has not been completed. There is one the worst support service, and rates about 2 stars it shows !!!

It is definitely the worst app in this store. They need ID to identify yourself. Even ypu accept this you can’t upload your ID. Don’t download this uselese app!!!
