1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

App not working

The app has been buggy lately but it’s not working at all now

Just doesn’t work anymore

I’ve been using Zmodo camera for the last couple years and they used to work amazing, I never had problems with the app until maybe a few months ago now I can’t even open the app without it freezing, my cameras got disconnected and now they won’t let me reconnect them. The app seems to have went backwards in quality. Not sure what to do now.

Terrible

Can you allow support for landscape viewing at least? This app works great on my old Android, but the new 2024 iPad functionality is horrible.

The App doesn’t load half the time when I try to open it. I have to shut off my phone and turn it back on to get the app to work. You get an alert but you can’t open the app. I rate this app on the poor side. I believe they can do better 🤬

In my opinion the worse app in the history of all apps. Always crashing.

Connection never works

I’ve had Zmodo cameras for years. I always had a hard time connecting them. Today I had to get a new Router and needed to reconnect them. They are already on the house and tried to connect them now for 3 days. Follow their directions every time bet it times out. Was timed out now 20 times. Went to the other cameras from a different company and connected all 4 in 15 minutes. I now say goodbye to Zmodo forever.

Trash. Non recycling

Save your money service stays out. And if you’re lucky enough not to get a full clip with no glitch, specially on an important matter 🥴

This app need an upgrade

Why doesn’t the app go horizontal? Why does it only go vertical on my iPad? I hate having to hold the iPad to view play back. It used to go horizontal and it does on the iPhone.

Never loads correctly

The app for ipad never seems to load correctly It only shows 2 of my 10 cameras Or It doesn’t show the availablity to view the cameras LIVE Doesn’t show the icons on the right side Nothing like the iPhone app which has none of these problems
