This app is not working since the last update. When I try to open the app it closes automatically and I’m unable to get any video. Check the latest update since it is blocking access to all my pivot cameras.
Desde que fiz a actualização, abro a aplicação e ela fecha automaticamente. Não permanece aberta. Já apaguei e voltei a instalar e continua o mesmo problema.
paid the subscription but 9/10 i can’t get the live motion feed. even closing the app doesn’t help. really not as great as you’d think.
Great app but everytime I open the app they want me to buy more, be happy that I even have spent money with your company, stop trying to sell me more, I have what I need, do I need to look elsewhere for my camera needs? Cause with only 4 devices I can… Updated they reached out and talked about there newsletter…🤦♂️They clearly can’t read and don’t care about the users experience on there app
This system is the worst. I hate these cameras and extremely hate the app. What a piece of $&@% setup. I have a list of reasons why. But the one that gets me the most is when I get an alert on my phone and go to check the camera, it won’t load. It’s always and I mean always when motion is detected it never loads. I’m ripping them all out and using them for targets on my shooting range.
Cameras work but the ‘app’ is lame. Slow if it works at all and must subscribe to service if you expect any vid capture…worthless otherwise
Where did they go? Why did you take them away?
I hate Zmodo , no way to contact them , no live chat , no phone number .every time the power goes off my cameras will not work when power comes back on !
Have had these cameras for years both with and without the subscription. Just know they miss A LOT. A little boy is currently missing on my street. Went to check my cameras and there’s 4 hours where the cameras didn’t catch any motion despite all the activity in front of them. My other brand camera on the other hand doesn’t have this problem. The app also keeps crashing. Frankly there are so many other options out there that are much better. Skip this one.
Doesn't even let me live view my other 2 cameras without subscribing. This is trash
