Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Been using this for years now and it works as it should
Nonissues on 2.4ghz it always recognises it unless you have a system where the 2.4ghz and 5ghz are banded as 1 . I have sky and though it’s banded as 1 it’s not and the cameras recognise this and set themselves up. These are fantastic.
However - I need help - Apple released ios17 and removed the ability to select a notification sound from sounds and haptics and left ios17 with a stupid inaudible barely discernible sound making my cameras useless to alert me to issues as m can’t hear the Apple unsettable sound - I’ve contacted them.
Is there a way to assign a notification sound in the Zmodo app? Is this a possible feature which can be added??
Doesn’t affect the rating as this isn’t a zmodo app problem it’s apples but wondered if the zmodoa app developers could add in a work around to solve this!

VIOLATION OF MY SECURITY
Since installing this app and entering my email address I have been receiving Spam/Junk email. This has now compromised other apps linked to the same address...... It makes you wonder ‘what was the point of going to the expense of buying security, if it is violated by the very company I bought it from.....?????’
It’s working well...
Good app that hasn’t let me down yet. I like how there are markers on playback time line so you can easily see, and scrub to time motion has been detected. It would be perfect for me if you could view multiple cameras, split onto one screen. I have 4 Zmodo cameras and it can be a bit of a pain clicking off one, onto another... hope this is something the developers can consider :).... edit... just realised you can view multiple cameras if you create a group! Awesome app!!

Playback doesn’t work
Live view is working for my system, but if I try to use playback, the calendar pops up and I get an endlessly spinning wheel, so I can’t select a date. Come on people, this is really basic stuff.

I been struggling with the old Zsight App for years. I didn’t know this alternative existed. Doh!
Just switched to this and got a firmware update for my camera. Now like a new camera. Reliable connection every time!
I’m amazed that zmodo didn’t email me about this newer App!
Zmodo email your users with a Service Update, just in case there are others out there still grumbling!!!
