Zoiper Lite voip soft phone

Does not work on iOS. I mean it runs but never rings so is basically pointless. Shame as it was great. I appreciate it’s Apple that has made this not work but my point stands. Pointless on iOS.

Apps great sure I guess. But I’ve missed hundreds of calls because it’s never connected to the internet or runs In The back ground.. What’s the point if my calls aren’t being diverted or connected through the app. They need to fix whatever bug that doesn’t keep the app running In the back ground.

This app saves us endless time because we often have to make calls on behalf of clients and need to present a number which is dedicated to them. We have the app set up with on average around 10 different lines plus we link it to our own VoIP account so all considered it works really well and is very hasslefree and straightforward to use. I would give it 100% rating because multiple staff members are using this app and all have said that it is definitely in the top three or four that they have come across.

Problem with Push Notifications !!!

It’s just not reliable at all. If I’ve not used Zoiper for a short while, it just doesn’t ring, it’s not fit for purpose at all. Yea I have the Pro upgrades, yes I have paid for the push facility, and still, it’s useless. I can only use it for outgoing calls, and I need to be able to receive calls too. A waste of our money sadly.

With sipgate the account details are lost after every call so absolutely useless

Wouldn’t even get 1 star if I didn’t have to.. I was going to write pages and pages about how bad this is but I’ll summarise instead Absolute joke - Always unregisters so you don’t get the calls 9/10 times you can’t hear anything even when it does call through I paid for a few of the things thinking it would be better, what a waste of money - made no difference at all Battery drains hard, even on brand new iPhone 11 Don’t, just don’t…. I ended up buying a GRANDSTREAM Office phone instead so I’m using that for the home office and forwarding to mobile through that - Much more effective * I can hear people when they call !
