Very good card and aap but only I disappointed I can not add my card to apple pay please make this option available as well

Never send important documentation via email or post to this business - they didnt need it when opening an account! Plus, there are wayyyy better loan rates with official long standing banks. Wish i had never had an account with zopa.

Absolutely disgusting, they froze my card with no warning, they don’t know why it was frozen in the first place, I was in a supermarket waiting to get my weekly shop for the family, card froze so couldn’t pay for it. Rang Zopa explained the situation, got nowhere, spoke with a manager who explained they have raised the issue with their specialist department and they will be in contact within 1-2 working days. This was on Friday morning, I waited all day Friday, all over the weekend (sponging off friends for food for the family) rang them again Monday for an update as we urgently need the card unfrozen to get shopping, gentleman on the line was not helpful in the slightest and advised the specialist team will take 3-5 working days. Absolutely fuming, Zopa are fully aware of my situation and not 1 care is given. The website clearly states you can raise complaints over the phone or by email, gentleman I spoke to on Monday did not want to create a complaint and kept directing me to the email. I’m still on the same situation with no appreciation or help from Zopa. Once I understand why the card was frozen, I’ll be cutting it up putting it in the bin. I will take the hit on my credit report, a company like this does not appreciate their customers so why should I use their services, diabolical.

Only had for a few months, but so far excellent service and absolutely no complaints keep up the great service.

The app never works properly, you cannot access your funds frequently. Fast track transfer hardly ever works! Customer service is appalling with online chat next to useless! If one agent can’t help they pass you on to another that can’t help and on it goes! Bank elsewhere if you want to know your money is safe so you can sleep at night! A year on and the customer service is no better and the chat service is totally useless!

First time using my Zopa card. And first time making a payment. I found it very easy and efficient.
