Zwift Reviews

Expensive

It's a good app, but there are apps like this that are cheaper.

Recovery

H Ducky’s on

I broke my femur road biking in 2016. During recovery I got on Zwift. Definitely helped get back in shape and biking again. Have been Zwifting since and it helps riding through winter and in spring ready to go. Never bored with the races , group rides, jokes and challenges.

No membership code

Terrible experience to start with. I ordered the Wahoo KICKR Core from zwift along with a 1 year membership, however they didn’t send me a code for my membership. Dismal customer service, basically non-existent. No one to call or connect with, and the chat bot can’t solve my problem.

Fun, useful, buggy…

Pretty good app and experience. Apple Watch connectivity is still rather flaky and wish there were more settings available to the user having to do with graphics and UI.

Not as good as it used to be

WebberJeff on

I have over 50,000 miles logged on Zwift. The experience has gone downhill since I started several years ago. Flaky heart rate detection. Features like drafting are inconsistent, and are updated randomly. I wouldn’t even care about the price if it worked the same as it did three years ago. I’m currently looking for an alternative.

Zwift, you rebel!

I look fwd to zwift every day

unbeatable customer service on

I get in the app and i can see the stats I’m looking for. I can step up my game with some competition. I get rewards and recognition…but not too much. Overall, it’s a fun and rewarding experience with great outcomes.

Great App

Perfect for training when there’s bad weather. It does cost a bit though to get a setup. Very great for training though.

$20 per month!?

c1ov on

United States

I was cycling on Zwift for about 5 years until they recently raised their rates *for a second time* from 15 to 20 per month (it was 10 when I first started). I can appreciate that the costs of running a business aren’t static, but the value this product delivers hasn’t significantly changed in 5 years to justify a 100% rate increase. This is basically the cost of a basic-level gym membership, except there’s only one piece of equipment, and I have to furnish it. Sad to have to cancel my subscription, but enough is enough.
