5 Minute Yoga contains both Free and Pro content. Free content includes: All the Total Beginners challenge as well as 2 new sessions every week:
A free Morning Energy yoga every Wednesday
A free Evening Wind Down} yoga every Sunday.
Free content can be accessed by closing any upgrade page.
Remaining content is available via our Pro level. This can be accessed via a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one time payment for 2, 3 or 5 years access. We also offer reduced cost and free Premium access for those in financial difficulties. You can apply for this in the app via the upgrade page.
All payments are charged to your App Store account 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel at anytime in your App Store settings
All new user have the option of a 7 day free trial of Pro content. If you do not cancel 24 hrs before the end of the trial period your App Store account will be charged for an annual subscription. You can cancel at any time in your App Store settings. Once cancelled you will still have access to premium content until the end of your free trial period.

Jeg bruger denne app hver morgen i hverdagen, for at få strukket og styrket min krop. Jeg er ikke så glad for motion, men selv om det er kort er det godt, og jeg har en krop med styrke. Tak for det
Perfekt yoga
Bedst app, perfekte forklaringer og skøn stemme der hjælper dig igennem øvelserne. Øvelserne er desuden yderst velbeskrevet og kan tilgået før du starter dagens session. Kan virkelig anbefale denne app.
Morgen øvelser💪🏻
Der skiftes lidt hurtigt i mellem øvelserne så det kan være svært at følge med. Med ellers er det en rigtig god app.

Good selection of pose however not what I was looking for. To get 5 minutes efficient training I need the clock running an more guidance on what to do preferably spoken.
