This is a great way to start slow and for a few minutes of your time. I like it and little by little I am building my strength back
I use it daily. It provides 5 mins great stretch yoga exercises with cool calming background music. I feel much better after 5 days of usage it
This app has really helped me as a busy mom of two under 4 it’s quick enough to get done and always makes me feel better and keeps me motivated to do it everyday!

I am unable to practice with the group at my local studio due to work changes. I’ve missed a guided practice and found this app. I’m only just getting started again so doing the 5 minute practice sessions each morning. So far, so good! I like that I can stop the session to make sure I am in the correct position and resume the timer to hold the pose. I know it will become easier for me as I remember the poses and can transition without pausing the app. Thanks for making this available!
This is the best way to finish my day .
Yoga teacher here. I was really curious, so I decided to try this app. So far, I’m enjoying these short sessions, but there are some outdated cues (for example, the old slide your shoulders down your back when arms are overhead cue, which we now know compresses the low back). I’m an alignment junkie, so these ooutdated cues really bug me.
