I would love to say this is effortless but it makes me sweat every time. Today I added 5lb weights to each ankle and held a 5lb weight in each hand. That certainly gave me even more bang for my buck. Can’t wait to see how strong I am in a month. This is SO doable!

It is good but I wish everything was free but otherwise,amazin workout and no age limits even for 10 year olds
Wish there was a bit more flexibility on the custom program (making longer, more varied workouts) and wish they had a better feature/more programs for apartment-friendly workouts. Otherwise pretty good and lots of exercise variety!
So far I am in my first week (4 days). It’s very easy to follow but I don’t know if this is working for me or not as I haven’t see my weight goes down yet.
It helps me feel good, healthy and good about myself and it is quick so I don’t give up and plays music which also helps me not quit 5 stars totally recommend
Love this app, especially when I’m travelling for work.
