I have used this app for years. I used it for free until I had to get a new phone. I had to pay to access to more exercises, but after years of satisfyingly practical use for free, I am willing to pay for their efforts. I am in the second year of the paid account now. In the future , I would like to see some self-defence exercises.
They got rid of all the things that made it great, ability for app to work even without being on it; clear midway reminder; simple design. Now it honestly feels like every single other cash grab app
