It’s very helpful and for only 7minutes it takes a lot of muscle out of you but I have been experienced before I started

So far, this app is awesome! It’s super motivating, legit only takes 7 minutes, and I can already feel a difference - just a few days in! I would recommend it to anyone! I’m married with 2 small kids and work a full time job, so I don’t have a lot of free time. This is PERFECT.

Spam. Run away. Nightmare awaits

This app is good but most workouts are requiring you to pay now. And the most recent update took the link between Spotify and this app out. This was my favorite thing about this particular app, and now that it is missing, I might have to go look for other apps.

I bought this app outright years ago, now I can’t use any of the features because it’s all locked behind a subscription that costs 5x more a month than what I originally purchased it for. Don’t waste your time, there are better option out there that won’t steal your money

It’s amazing! It’s my 3d day doing these workouts and I’m improving! All of the other apps of thee workouts I just did 2 minutes of it and it was bad.This is my first time actually having a full workout routine! It’s the best app ever.

I miss the classic less guided app just click and choose your workout not all this big data stuff. You can still find them just with a more hassle Workouts are still excellent though. Always well targeted to specific areas. So still 5/5
